  • Please bring your assignor registration form to the session along with a check for $10 made out to the MSRC.

  • USSF Registration forms should be arriving in assignor mail boxes over the next several weeks.

  • Please hang on to your form, you will bring it to an assignor recertification clinic when instructed.

  • If you have lost your form, please go through the forms menu entry to access a PDF version of the form.
